Objective:
To lead and manage 6 staff, clinical and administrative to maintain a safe, efficient and friendly work place.
Working Hours:
40 hours minimum a week over Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational responsibility of Cosmetic Clinic based in Brighton.
- Working closely with Clinic Director on all areas of the business
- Managing the entire clinical and administration team to ensure smooth day to day running of clinic and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
- Ensure sales through service is key and all staff focussing on client journey
- Full management of adhering to Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
- Work closely with marketing company:
- Overall responsibility of all social media platforms
- Create and implement marketing campaigns
- Maintain clinic website
- Marketing events
- Window displays
- Poster displays
- Liaise with Clinic Director to ensure that the clinic is compliant with
- Health & Safety legislation
- Full visibility of P&L and liaising with bookkeeper
- Full HR responsibilities
- Produce monthly trading report for Clinic Director focussing on clinic performance vs target.
- Overall responsibility of stock control ordering
- Assisting Clinic Director with any other business
Key Requirements:
- Excellent organisation, administrative and written skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Marketing and social media experience
- Experience in managing a team
- A confident, clear and friendly telephone manner
- A thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite, word, excel, emails
Previous experience in Aesthetic industry is advantageous, but not essential.

Objective:
To ensure medical side of the clinic is organised and equipped as necessary.
To work alongside Clinic Director for all clinics medical requirements
To assist on site Practitioners / Doctors with procedures where necessary.
Working Hours:
At least 8-12 hours a week (preferably Monday and Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- All medical organisation of the clinic:
- This is to include, checking all stock is in date, any out of date stock needs to be disposed of accordingly.
- Ensure we have enough stock for upcoming appointments. This is to be crossed checked against Consentz booking system.
- All ordering needs to be logged in the ordering book
- Ensure all clinic medical cupboards are organised, stocked and locked
- Ensure the medicine fridge is organised, stocked and locked.
- To ensure that we are within the guidelines of CQC as per policies and procedures
- Conduct yearly risk assessment for clinical room
- Conduct yearly audit for clinical room
PRF and Surgical Assistance:
To be available for PRF and surgical assistance as and when required
Pre-ops and Post-ops:
To be available for all pre-ops and post-ops as and when required.
To ensure that the clinic has everything that is needed for the patient pre and post op.
To purchase, organise and supply patient with pre-op bag
Surgical Patients:
To work along side Ellie Twil-Jones, Surgical Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of all surgical patients
To include :
As above (pre and post ops)
To hold and manage the on call/out of hours phone
Any organisation with hospital, consultants secretary, driver etc - as directed by Ellie Twil-Jones.
