Sunnier days are now in sight, so let's make sure your skin is ready for when we come out of lockdown! Now is the time to put in the work in to make sure you're looking (and feeling) your absolute best.

Here are our Practitioner's best skin care tips for glowing skin

1) Drink water (and lots of it):

Not only does it reduce wrinkles, but it also keeps your body hydrated and feeling refreshed.  This helps to maintain your skin's elasticity and works to slow down the signs of ageing.

2) Always wear sun protection, with factor 50+

This helps to properly protect your skin against the elements. It doesn't matter that it's winter or whether you're working indoors, as the light from your laptop screen or phone, combined with the harsh weather outside, can be damaging to your skin

3) Always remember to remove your make up at night

Your skin renews itself while you sleep, so you must allow it to breathe.  When you leave make-up on, you are preventing that from happening. It can cause extensive damage to your skin during the night, ceasing it to breathe and sign of fatigue to appear.

4) Treat yourself occasionally

With lockdown, hopefully, coming to an end, let's get used to wearing our favourite make-up. Put on that red lipstick and a squirt of your chosen perfume. If you look good, you feel good and everyone deserves that.
