"I've worked at the clinic for 3 years now and I absolutely love it."

What is your favourite part of the job?

"The best part of my job is educating my clients about their own skin, what they need to do to improve and protect it.  Explain that its a process and that TOGETHER we can achieve great results. Is all about commitment and consistence."


What are you top skin tips?

"Is quite difficult to summarise my top tips, specially when we talk about skin. It is very personal and depends of several factors. That is the reason it is so important to have a consultation with a proper skin analysis. We will talk not just about your skin, but also any health conditions, your diet, lifestyle and much more."

I would say that my top tips are:
Use sunscreen 365 days, indoor or outdoor, cold and raining day! UV rays can still pass through on cloudy days and even through glass windows (UVA rays).
Also it's important to protect against Blue lights ( phones, TVs ,laptop....). SPF is the best anti-ageing cream.
- Cleanse your face morning and night, with the correct cleanser for your skin.
- Hydrate inside and out.
- Balanced diet
- Embrace retinol and vitamin C

What skin regimen do you follow?

"In terms of skin care, I am a firm believer in less is more, but we also need to learn to read the signs. Our skin changes during the month, sometimes is too oily, sometimes is dry or sensitive. Saying that we need to be sensible and apply products that will be beneficial to treat these conditions, so my regimen may change from time to time."

Morning:
"I have a combination skin, so I use a cleanser  with Salicylic Acid and Mandelic Acid. Both are great ingredients to control oil and sebum. I also apply Ascorbic Acid serum ( Vitamin C) which is great antioxidant, as well as encouraging collagen production and helping to even out the skin tone and reducing pigmentation.
SPF ( best anti-ageing) oil free."

Night:
Same Cleanser  as I use in the morning. Sometimes I use retinol, sometimes I use Glycolic acid. I also love masks, so I try to do one once a week!"
