Milia
Otherwise known as milk spots, milia are frequently found under the eyes and on the cheeks. They are often very tiny, hard, stubborn lumps which can't be squeezed like normal blemishes. And they don't respond to conventional beauty facials. Thankfully, they're very easy to treat, and it takes less than 15 minutes to do so.
What can I expect?
A numbing cream can be applied 10 minutes prior to the treatment although it's usually not necessary as there is only mild discomfort. The milia is extracted by using a small instrument, which leaves a small reddened area behind, easily covered with mineral make-up such as Jane Iredale. The redness will subside within a couple of days.
Success Rate
This is a highly successful treatment. However, if you're prone to milk spots there is a possibility that they will return. Not to worry - we can remove them again if necessary.
