Sun exposure, hormones, smoking and hereditary factors all play a part in the way we age. As our skin ages we lose hyaluronic acid, a natural occurring substance in our skin. Hyaluronic acid is a substance that binds water and hydrates the skin to create softness and fullness. We offer a comprehensive range of proven safe hyaluronic acid dermal wrinkle fillers. There are many hyaluronic acid fillers on the market but we only use fillers which have achieved CE approval.
Prices start from £200 for half a syringe.
Areas which can be treated with facial fillers:
- Nose to mouth lines;
- Corners of the mouth;
- Cheek bones (remodelling);
- Fine eye lines;
- Lip lines; and
- Frown lines.
Different Types of Facial Fillers
Restylane is a proven filler that's been giving great, safe, long lasting effects to women and men for a decade. When injected into the skin, Restylane gives your own hyaluronic acid a helping hand, instantly boosting the skin's hydration system to restore volume and lift the skin, softening the appearance of lines.
The Teosyal gel range is known for preventing and instantly correcting wrinkles and hollows. A highly effective facial filler, Teosyal has an immediate lifting and volume-producing effect that redefines your face's curves and contours. Teosyal guarantees the purity of its gels, taking purity far beyond the standards required by legislation.
Juvederm Ultra is a new category of filler with hyaluronic acid. It contains lidocaine, a local anaesthetic, to make the whole injection process much more comfortable. The results can last up to a year and it's one of our most popular facial fillers.
Who is the procedure suitable for?
The treatment is popular with men and women aged from 18 to 75 who don't want to undergo surgery but who would love a subtler, refreshed, rejuvenated look.
What can I expect?
The treatment generally takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the area treated. With some fillers, we'll apply a numbing cream half an hour before carrying out your treatment. Tiny injections are then introduced under the skin to lift the line, wrinkle or facial contour to the desired correction level.
One to three treatments are usually needed, depending on the amount of correction required to achieve the desired effect.
The results are immediate and can last anything from six months to one year, after which you can have another treatment to top up the effect. Just cover up with a spot of mineral-based make-up such as Jane Iredale.
Once you've tried a temporary filler you might like to try a semi-permanent filler like Radiesse, or a facial volumiser such as Sculptra.
